In general, unless otherwise specified in the exchange or return terms of individual products, products ordered cannot be exchanged nor returned.
Before shipping, we would try our best to ensure the normal quality of the products. In special circumstances and subject to the provisions of Article 14 below, if you find any damage, quality problems, incomplete packaging, unusability, or incorrect delivery of the product after receiving it, you can apply for an exchange according to the individual product's exchange terms (if any) and within the following period (hereinafter referred to as the "exchange period"): (i) if you choose to pick up at the store, you must apply for an exchange within seven days after the date of receipt; (ii) if you choose delivery service, you must apply for an exchange within 36 hours after the date of receipt, along with the receipt, product name, and photo details, by email at contact@techotreats.com or WhatsApp at +85262888344 (no calls accepted) to apply for an exchange with us.
In any case, problematic products will be processed only by exchange, and only the same product can be replaced. If the supplier is unable to provide the same product for replacement, we may only process the problematic product by return.
If you choose to pick up at the store, please check the product carefully and confirm the quantity when picking it up. We will not be responsible for any products after pick-up.
In any case, you must ensure that the product packaging is in the state of receipt and unused, and retain the original packaging, original accessories, and parts when applying for an exchange.
Products registered for warranties cannot be exchanged or returned.
The final decision on all exchange or return applications will be made by us and the supplier for quality identification, and whether to accept the exchange or return.
All gifts, exchange items or coupons (hereinafter referred to as "the gift") given with exchanged or returned products must also be returned. If you fail to return, have used, or damaged the gift, you must pay a cash value determined by us equal to the value of the gift.
Only one exchange or return can be applied per order.
If a return is confirmed, coupons or cash vouchers used in the order will not be refunded.
It takes 14 working days to arrange a return, and the refund method will vary according to the payment method used in the order: (i) credit card payment for online orders - the refund will be processed via credit card; (ii) Paypal payment for online orders - the refund will be processed via Paypal; (iii) PayMe or FPS payment for online orders - the refund will be processed in the form of bank transfer; (iv) any other payment methods for online orders - the refund will be processed in the form of bank transfer; (v) any payment methods for store orders - the refund will be processed in the form of bank transfer.
In general, we will not charge a return handling fee.
If a discounted product is returned and purchased using a discount promotion (such as a product bundle discount, buy-one-get-one discount, etc.), the refund amount will be adjusted proportionally. If additional money needs to be paid back, it will be directly deducted from the refund amount.
Despite other provisions of these terms and conditions, we have the right to refuse any exchange or return request in the following circumstances: (i) the exchange or return request is made after the relevant exchange period; (ii) the exchange or return request is based on personal preference; (iii) the product was not purchased from the Techo Treats website or store; (iv) the product is damaged or has been exposed to water due to improper use or human factors; (v) the product has been used or the packaging is different from the state of receipt; (vi) the product to be exchanged or refunded is not returned together with the original packaging, original accessories, and parts, and the uncompleted maintenance registration certificate (if any); (vii) the product has been registered for maintenance; (viii) a valid original receipt cannot be provided.
We reserve the right to make the final decision on unreasonable exchange or return requests.
